Raspberry Pi Arcade Machine
This was a personal/senior project back in high school.

When I was graduating from high school, the Cherokee County School Board pushed one last requirement for graduation. Completing a senior project. I had already wanted to build this arcade machine before I learned about the project, so it seemed like the perfect opportunity to make it. The arcade machine stands over six feet tall and only weighs about 80 pounds which is 375% lighter than a regular arcade machine! It runs a modified version of Raspbian on an original Raspberry Pi to optimize emulation speed for the 35+ games that it can run. Nowadays getting an arcade setup running on a Raspberry Pi is easy since you can actually download emulation OSes like Recalbox and RetroPie during the initial setup. I do have plans in the future to expand the controls and add more buttons or maybe a player 2 option.
